Job Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Specialist – Infrastructure & Hybrid Identity to manage and support enterprise Windows infrastructure and hybrid identity services. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, Windows Server administration, PKI/ADCS, and PowerShell automation. The role involves supporting mission-critical infrastructure, implementing automation, driving infrastructure modernization, and ensuring high availability of enterprise identity services.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and support enterprise Active Directory infrastructure, including Domain Controllers, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and RDS Licensing. 
  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Entra Connect (Azure AD Connect), and Hybrid Identity synchronization. 
  • Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot. 
  • Manage Windows Server environments, VMware infrastructure, and core Microsoft services. 
  • Administer Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS), PKI, and certificate lifecycle management. 
  • Monitor and maintain DNS, DHCP, KMS, and enterprise identity services. 
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative and operational tasks. 
  • Perform Active Directory health checks, replication monitoring, and infrastructure maintenance. 
  • Support Windows Server upgrades, Active Directory migrations, and infrastructure modernization projects. 
  • Perform server hardening, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and security compliance activities. 
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide L2/L3 technical support. 
  • Support disaster recovery, backup validation, and business continuity initiatives. 
  • Work closely with application, security, networking, and cloud teams to implement infrastructure changes with minimal downtime. 
  • Participate in change management, incident management, and problem management processes following ITIL best practices.
