Job Summary
1. Service Context:
The service operates transversal security & compliance activities within the CyberDefense domain, serving multiple entities of the AXA Group. The scope includes various products and technologies such as Privileged Access Management.
Key Responsibilities
Service Scope (not limited to):
The service requires Project Management expertise.
The service contributes to and supports activities related to PAM operational governance, regulatory and QoS initiatives, and security & compliance topics.
The service is delivered within a hybrid operating framework (e.g. 4 days/week at the beginning of the mission during the first 3–4 months, then 8 days/month depending on service autonomy).
The service includes the following activities:
Transformation Program: Build and coordinate action plans
- PAM operational governance
- Regulatory and QoS initiatives: coordinate and support product-related deliverables
- Documentation updates
- Combination of technical and cross-domain expertise
- Risk assessment and management to identify vulnerabilities and define appropriate control measures
- Project Management: application of methodologies to structure and oversee security-related initiatives
- Regulatory coverage: application of applicable frameworks and standards (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001) to ensure compliance
- Exposure to Agile or Product-oriented environments is considered an additional asset
Skill Requirements
Service Deliverables (not limited to):
• Delivery of outcomes based on the following expertise areas:
- Advanced application of project management methodologies to structure security initiatives
- Strong Agile framework application and regulatory standards coverage (e.g. GDPR, ISO 27001), including risk assessment and control definition
- Confirmed expertise in IAM and Privileged Access Management domains
4. Required Expertise:
Mandatory functional expertise:
- High level of quality of service applied to IAM/PAM and security-related activities
Other expertise:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of expertise within IAM/PAM environments
5. Service Qualifications:
- Demonstrated technical expertise in IAM/PAM domains
- Proven capability to structure deliverables aligned with security, compliance, and governance objectives
- Expertise in applying regulatory standards and risk management methodologies within cybersecurity environments
