Job Summary
Provide Development support to Software development community across the organization working on internal software application and frameworks, and tooling that enable high quality software engineering and delivery.
. Respond to and triage support questions and support requests from Meta engineers on various Software Engineering Applications.2. Extract relevant information from log files and other sources to debug, identify owners or root causes3. Write basic tools and artifacts to improve the speed and quality of support 4. Work with technical writers to improve documentation in areas covered by support 5. Produce reports for leadership with data on performance of the program 6. Provide insights and suggestions on product development and the product roadmap; contribute to product development.

Skill Requirements
) BS/MS in CS or equivalent practical experience.
2) 4+ years experience building software systems; strong fundamentals in data structures, debugging, and design.
Proficiency in one or more languages(backend and frontend) used for large-scale development (e.g., Java/Python/PHP/JavaScript/TypeScript).
3) Database systems - Mandatory
4) Linux Knowledge - Mandatory
