Job Summary

As a Technical Lead specializing in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), you will play a crucial role in managing technology across development projects. You will provide technical guidance and innovative solutions, enabling your team to enhance productivity and maintain high standards of coding practices. Your expertise in CSS, along with your leadership capabilities, will ensure the successful execution of projects and adherence to best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Css, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Maintain Responsive And User-Friendly Web Interfaces Utilizing Html And Javascript, Guiding Team Members In Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Productivity.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In Assigned Modules And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Technical Consultant, Assessing Feasibility Studies, Best Tools/Packages, And Managing Technical Risks.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Project Exposure And Risks, Addressing Any Escalations Effectively.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Cascading Style Sheets (Css)
2. Solid Experience With Html And Javascript
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Web Development Best Practices And Standards
4. Familiarity With Responsive Design Principles And Frameworks

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Css Certification, Front-End Web Developer Certification, Or Relevant Javascript Frameworks Certification.
