Job Summary

The Senior Design Technician will work closely with the engineering team to define, prototype, develop, verify and validate electronics for a challenging large-scale product development activity for Next Generation Implantable and external Neuro Stimulators for Deep Brain Stimulation, Spinal Cord Stimulation, and Sacral Nerve Modulation.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Provide electrical engineering skills to design, develop, analyze, characterize, verify and debug new product designs including analog and digital circuitry

• Create schematics using CAD software, such as Orcad Altium

• Theory and working knowledge of antennas (LF & HF), matching circuitry, radios, and associated electrical connection topologies

• Execute design verification testing and contribute to test plans and reports

• Define engineering test environment and create LabView code

• Familiar with the operation of Network Analyzers, Network Signal Generators, and Power Spectrum Analyzers are desired

• Ensure understanding of all quality policy/system items that are personally applicable. Follow all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high-quality work.

Skill Requirements

Altium tool and designing the boards are good to have skills.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
