The Technical Lead in the DS PLM domain is responsible for overseeing technology management in projects while providing expert technical guidance and solutions. This role is pivotal in driving best practices, optimizing team performance, and ensuring compliance with processes to achieve project goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Ds Plm Development, Ensuring High-Quality Deliverables From The Team.
2. Develop And Mentor Team Members To Enhance Their Technical Capabilities In Ds Plm Tools And Methodologies, Thereby Increasing Overall Productivity And Efficiency.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In The Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Identifying Best Packages That Align With Architecture Best Practices.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports That Minimize Exposure And Risks On The Project, Facilitating Effective Closure Of Escalations And Promoting Transparent Communication With Stakeholders.
