Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Embedded C Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Guide Team Members In Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities In Embedded C And Firmware Development, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Improvement And Increased Productivity.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module While Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant, Assessing Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Identifying Best Packages And Architecture Best Practices.
4. Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks In The Project, Effectively Managing Escalations And Ensuring Timely Resolution.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency In Embedded C Programming With Solid Understanding Of Firmware Development.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Embedded Systems Design Principles And Architectures.
3. Strong Understanding Of Debugging Tools And Techniques For Embedded Systems.
4. Familiarity With Real-Time Operating Systems (Rtos) And Hardware Interfacing.
