Job Summary

As a Technical Lead in Embedded Networking, you will play a pivotal role in managing and guiding technology projects. Your expertise will drive the technical direction of the team, ensuring the successful completion of projects while adhering to industry standards. You will provide solutions and foster a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing the technical capabilities of team members and contributing to the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Embedded Networking And C++ Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Mentor Team Members To Enhance Their Technical Capabilities In Linux And Embedded Systems, Promoting Increased Productivity And Skill Development.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions, Feasibility Studies, And Reviews, Focusing On Best Practices, Technical Risks, And Breakdown Of Components For Accurate Estimations.
4. Prepare And Submit Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks In The Project, Facilitating The Closure Of Escalations And Maintaining Effective Communication With Stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Embedded Networking Principles And Practices.
2. Proficient In C++ Programming And Linux Operating System.
3. In-Depth Knowledge Of Network Protocols And Embedded Systems Design.
4. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Analyze Technical Challenges.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese), Linux Professional Institute Certification (Lpic).
