Job Summary

Primary & Secondary Skill: MATLAB Simulink 2. Python(Must) 3. C,C++(Nice to have) 4. PowerBI 5. PowerShell 

Experience level – 5+yrs of ReX.

 

The Technical Lead in Embedded Systems and Matlab is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing technology management in projects. This position emphasizes providing technical guidance and innovative solutions to ensure successful project completion while driving team productivity and enhancing technical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Matlab For Embedded System Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Cultivate Team Members’ Skills In Matlab And Simulink, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Productivity Through Mentorship And Structured Training Programs.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Modules And Actively Participate In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Technical Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Technical Alternatives, And Best Practices For Architecture.
4. Prepare And Submit Detailed Status Reports That Identify Potential Risks And Exposure In Projects, Facilitating Timely Resolutions And Closure Of Escalations.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Proficiency In Matlab And Simulink For Modeling And Simulation.
2. Solid Understanding Of Embedded Systems Development And Relevant Coding Standards.
3. In-Depth Experience With Process Compliance And Technical Documentation.
4. Familiarity With Project Management Principles And Risk Management Strategies.

Other Requirements

1. Optional Certifications Such As Matlab Certified Associate Or Related Embedded Systems Certification Are Valuable.
