Technical Lead - Front-End Development - Angular and React.js

Job Summary

The Technical Lead - React.js is pivotal in managing technology across projects while delivering exceptional technical guidance and solutions. This role ensures adherence to best practices and coding standards, driving the team's productivity and technical capabilities. By engaging in strategic discussions and technical reviews, the Technical Lead helps maintain the project's integrity and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Media Queries, JSON and Angular JS

• Minimum 3 years of TEX in continuous enterprise web development.

• At least 3 years of experience in JavaScript, JQuery, CSS3

• Strong knowledge and experience with designing and developing views, controllers, services, and directives.

• Expert on designing Single Page Applications (SPA).

• Experience building web applications for mobile devices.

• Having excellent exposure to UI best practices.

• Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills. Ideal candidate should be able to focus on critical issues and provide feedback on assignments quickly and accurately.

• Ability to efficiently interact with onsite and offshore teams. 

• Collaborate with Agency during User experience design through sessions and workshops.

• Develop HTML based on UX deliverables and convert user experience to UI framework

• Worked on WCM Platforms to integrate the HTMLs with Adobe AEM Components

• Should have good knowledge in Bootstrap and Material Design.

• Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Grunt and Gulp, webpack

• Understanding of MVVM and MVC Design Patterns

• Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN

• Must be familiar with tools like Jira, Confluence and Jenkins

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
