Job Summary

The Technical Lead - React.js is pivotal in managing technology across projects while delivering exceptional technical guidance and solutions. This role ensures adherence to best practices and coding standards, driving the team's productivity and technical capabilities. By engaging in strategic discussions and technical reviews, the Technical Lead helps maintain the project's integrity and success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In React.Js Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Mentor Team Members In Enhancing Their React.Js Skills And Overall Technical Capabilities, Fostering A Culture Of Continuous Learning And Productivity.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Architectural Best Practices.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Highlight Project Risks And Exposures, Facilitating Timely Resolution Of Escalations And Ensuring Project Milestones Are Met.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of React.Js And Its Ecosystem, Including Redux And Related Libraries.
2. Proficiency In Javascript, Html, And Css, With A Solid Grasp Of Front-End Development Principles.
3. Familiarity With Restful Apis And Asynchronous Programming Concepts.
4. Good Knowledge Of Version Control Systems, Particularly Git, And Agile Methodologies.
5. Basic Understanding Of Testing Frameworks And Tools Relevant To React.Js Applications.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable: React.Js Certification, Aws Certified Developer, Or Relevant Front-End Development Certifications.
