Technical Lead - Hybrid Mobile App Development

Job Summary

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Mobile Application Developer

 

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Application Developer with strong Hybrid mobile application development experience. The ideal candidate must have hands‑on experience building cross‑platform mobile applications using Ionic, Capacitor, and Angular, along with a solid understanding of native mobile concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain hybrid mobile applications using Ionic framework
  • Build scalable and responsive mobile applications using Angular
  • Implement native device features and integrations using Capacitor
  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and services
  • Ensure performance, stability, and usability of mobile applications
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
  • Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards
  • Work closely with product, QA, and UX teams to deliver high‑quality solutions

Skill Requirements

Qualifications & Experience 

  • MUST have strong hands‑on experience in Hybrid mobile application development
  • 7-8 Years’ experience of professional experience in mobile application development
  • MUST have experience with Ionic, Capacitor, and Angular
  • Strong proficiency in Angular framework
  • Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs

Academic qualifications/Level of Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Additional Skills:

  • Basic working knowledge of native iOS and Android development
  • Familiarity with mobile app build and deployment processes
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git
  • Understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices

3. Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
4. Google Associate Android Developer

Compensation Data

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $95,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $155,000 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
