As a Technical Lead specializing in LabVIEW and Automated Test Equipment (ATE) development, you will play a critical role in managing technology across projects. Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Labview Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Maintain Automated Test Systems Utilizing Labview And Ate Hardware, Ensuring Efficient Test Processes And Data Acquisition.
3. Mentor Team Members To Enhance Their Technical Capabilities In Labview And Ate Development, Fostering An Environment Of Continuous Learning And Increased Productivity.
4. Ensure Process Compliance In Assigned Projects And Participate In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Analyzing Technical Alternatives, Best Packages, And Supporting Architecture Best Practices.
5. Conduct Technical Risk Assessments And Breakdown Project Components For Estimation And Resource Allocation, Ensuring Timely Project Delivery.
6. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks On Projects, Actively Addressing And Escalating Issues When Necessary.
