Technical Lead - MES Domain Specialization

Job Summary

The Technical Lead for MES Domain Specialization plays a critical role in managing technology within projects, ensuring effective implementation of solutions, and providing expert guidance to enhance team performance. This position is essential in driving best practices and strategic technical decisions that align with organizational objectives, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance within the assigned modules.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for managing and supporting end to end Aveva Wonderware based MES application(Operations, Performance & Quality) with Aveva Wonderware Enterprise Integrator, Wonderware System Platform, Aveva Wonderware Historian, ERP Layer and Automation Layer as per customer application landscape. Experience of Order Management functionality, Track & Trace Functionality, Quality & operation Functionality etc. Experience on working in Aveva Wonderware MES 2020 preferably in Food & Beverage industry. Knowledge of Aveva Archestra Workflow (Skelta BPM) 2020, 2014 software as a front-end UI for MES operation. knowledge in Wonderware System Platform, Intouch HMI, OI Server & Historian. Excellent database MS SQL & PL/SQL scripting knowledge. Debug, Suggest/Fix the issues in the application. Responsible for MES upgrade and Rollout. Flexible to work in shifts, and on call. Responsible for preparation and configuration of Master data, Parameterization, Interface design and execution as per Business Process Flow. Work with team to interact with Customer in shift without interruption and support the customer issues as desired. Attend the priority P2 incident call and mentor Junior members for triaging and resolving customer issues.

Skill Requirements

Excellent knowledge of interface between Aveva Wonderware MES (Operation, Performance & Quality) with Aveva Wonderware Enterprise Integrator, Wonderware System Platform, Aveva Wonderware Historian, ERP Layer and Automation Layer. Experience of Order Management functionality, Track & Trace Functionality, Quality & operation Functionality etc. Experience on working in Aveva Wonderware MES 2020 preferably in Food & Beverage industry. Knowledge of Aveva Archestra Workflow(Skelta BPM) 2020, 2014 software as a front-end UI for MES operations. knowledge in Wonderware System Platform, Intouch HMI, OI Server & Historian. Excellent database MS SQL & PL/SQL scripting knowledge. Experience managing and supporting multiple applications. Good knowledge of Batch processes and batch scripting. Should have worked with issue management tools like - Service Now and change management.

Other Requirements

1.Certified on AVEVA MES learnings.

2. Certified on relational database like - MS SQL.

3. Optional but Valuable Certifications in MES Technologies and solutions (E.G., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Automation Factorytalk).
