Technical Lead - Native Mobile App(Android)

Job Summary

  • Develop a comprehensive task dataset and robust test harness to evaluate AI model performance.

  • Execute parallel workstreams focused on manual task creation and rigorous quality assurance

Key Responsibilities

  • Benchmark Task Development: Author complete tasks including GitHub issues, unit/Android tests, and Pull Request solutions.

  • Technical Excellence: Adhere strictly to Modern Android Development  best practices for all implementations.

  • Quality Assurance: Validate pipeline-generated tasks to ensure tests are solution-agnostic and behavior-focused.

  • Reporting: Document detailed review outcomes, identifying and tracking failures or architectural discrepancies.

Skill Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with experience.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in software development with proficiency in Android (Kotlin/Java).

  • Must Skills: Familiarity with AI integration, Open Source contributions, and the Jetpack library.

  • Proficiency Tools: Git, GitHub, Android Studio, Gradle, Docker, and Python.
  • Knowledge on the latest AI models and their way of working

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
