Technical Lead - Native Mobile App (iOS)

Job Summary

Role Overview

The iOS Engineer will support innovation initiatives by delivering enhancements and addressing support tickets for the FordPass mobile application, based on prioritization from Client IT and Product Management teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance native iOS features for FordPass applications
  • Fix defects and implement prioritized enhancements
  • Support innovation initiatives and technical improvements
  • Collaborate with QA and automation teams for validation
  • Ensure solutions meet functional, performance, and quality standards
  • Maintain technical documentation where applicable

Required Skills & Tools

  • Strong expertise in native iOS development
  • Proficiency with Xcode and iOS SDK
  • Experience with GitHub‑based workflows
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and code quality tools
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Minimum Salary (US):  69000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
