Technical Lead - Oracle Development

Job Summary

As a Technical Lead specializing in Oracle development, you will be pivotal in managing technology within projects and delivering expert technical guidance and solutions. Your role is essential for driving best practices, fostering team growth, and ensuring adherence to processes, ultimately contributing to the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Oracle Development, Ensuring High-Quality Deliverables From The Team.
2. Develop And Mentor Team Members In Oracle-Related Technologies, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Productivity.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Addressing Technical Risks.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks On The Project, Facilitating The Timely Resolution Of Any Escalations.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Oracle Database And Pl/Sql.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Database Design, Performance Tuning, And Optimization Techniques.
3. Proficient In Implementing Coding Standards And Best Practices In Oracle Environments.
4. Familiarity With Database Migration Strategies And Tools.
5. Experience With Oracle Development Tools And Technologies.

Other Requirements

1. Oracle Certified Professional (Ocp) Or Equivalent Certification Is Optional But Valuable.
