Technical Lead - Post Silicon Validation

Job Summary

Provide Development support to Software development community across the organization working on internal software application and frameworks, and tooling that enable high quality software engineering and delivery. 

Key Responsibilities

Engineer enhancements and improvements of internal tooling by analyzing data and generating statistical information to identify trends and patternsCollaborate with engineering teams to integrate data-driven solutions into software applications and support workflow processes .Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports and dashboards

Skill Requirements

1) Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python or R for scripting and data manipulation; SQL for querying databases.2) Statistics & Mathematics: Deep understanding of probability, statistical distributions, hypothesis testing, and linear algebra.3) Machine Learning & AI: Experience with frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch to build predictive models.4) Data Visualization: Ability to present data clearly using tools like Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.5) Data Wrangling: Techniques to clean, process, and structure messy "raw" data

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
