Technical Lead - Python Development

Job Summary

Looking for a senior-level engineer with strong Python and AI expertise to design, train, and deploy AI agent solutions on Azure in an enterprise environment

Key Responsibilities

Develop Python test cases and automate the execution. 

Embedded device testing

Develop AI agents and deploy in Azure

 

Skill Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in Python development
  • Embedded Device validation
  • Proven experience in training and fine-tuning AI/ML models
  • Experience building and deploying AI solutions, AI agents on Azure, including Azure AI Foundry
  • Hands-on with GitHub CLI
  • Hands-on with Software Integration and Automation pipelines
  • Hands-on with Automation frameworks (example: Robot Framework)
  • Good debugging skills

Other Requirements

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with LLM-based frameworks, and MLOps
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-native architectures
  • Hands-on with Claude Code CLI
  • Familiar with UART interface or any Embedded protocols (preferred)
