Job Summary

As a Technical Lead specializing in Python Development, you will play a pivotal role in managing technology aspects in projects, providing expert technical guidance, and ensuring the implementation of best practices. Your leadership will drive team productivity and enhance technical capabilities, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Python Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Maintain Web Applications Using Python Flask, Focusing On Creating Robust And Scalable Back-End Systems That Enhance User Experience.
3. Lead The Design And Execution Of Automated Testing Frameworks Utilizing Python Pytest To Ensure Comprehensive Test Coverage And High Reliability Of Applications.
4. Facilitate Team Members' Growth By Mentoring And Guiding Them In Their Technical Capabilities, Fostering An Environment Of Continuous Learning And Productivity.
5. Ensure Compliance With Established Processes And Standards In The Assigned Module, Actively Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Including Evaluating Technical Alternatives And Risks.
6. Prepare And Submit Status Reports That Minimize Exposure And Risks On The Project, Effectively Managing Escalations To Maintain Project Timelines And Deliverables.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In Python Programming With A Strong Understanding Of Frameworks Such As Flask.
2. In-Depth Knowledge Of Test Automation Tools And Methodologies, Particularly Using Python Pytest.
3. Solid Experience In Advocating For And Implementing Coding Standards And Best Practices Within A Development Team.
4. Experienced In Managing Technical Discussions And Providing Solutions For Complex Project Requirements.

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Scrummaster (Csm), Python Institute Certified Entry-Level Python Programmer (Pcep), Or Other Relevant Technical Certifications.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
