Key Responsibilities
2. Oversee cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams to translate complex requirements into scalable memory characterization strategies and actionable technical deliverables.
3. Establish and enforce compliance with industry benchmarks and internal standards for memory device testing, reliability analysis, and statistical data interpretation.
4. Govern the integration of process automation and emerging technologies (such as AI/ML-driven characterization platforms) to enhance solution efficiency and innovation in memory characterization workflows.
5. Monitor project performance metrics, manage risks, and implement corrective actions utilizing project management tools and methodologies tailored for memory characterization programs.
6. Advocate continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices in memory characterization, process enhancements, and the adoption of new technology trends.
Skill Requirements
2. Expert proficiency in test program development and device analysis using automated test equipment (ATE) platforms such as Advantest and Teradyne.
3. Cross-domain expertise in memory device reliability, failure analysis, and data analytics using Python, MATLAB, or similar statistical tools.
4. Strategic technical direction in compliance frameworks (JEDEC, ISO) and quality standards related to semiconductor memory characterization.
5. Advanced skills in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) for large-scale solution delivery and risk mitigation.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities for effective requirement gathering and solution alignment.
