Job Summary

The Technical Lead in Embedded C Development plays a pivotal role in overseeing technology initiatives within projects, guiding teams in technical excellence and ensuring the successful completion of deliverables. This position is crucial for fostering innovation, enhancing team capabilities, and driving adherence to best practices in embedded systems development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Embedded C Development And Rtos Usage, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Mentor Team Members On Embedded C And C++ Skills, Facilitating Training Sessions And Knowledge Sharing To Enhance Technical Capabilities And Boost Productivity.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In The Assigned Module By Conducting Thorough Technical Reviews And Participating In Feasibility Studies To Assess Technical Alternatives, Evaluate Risks, And Suggest Best Practices For Architecture And Design.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports That Highlight Project Progress, Identify Potential Risks, And Outline Strategies For Mitigation, Ensuring Effective Communication With Stakeholders.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient Knowledge Of Embedded C And Rtos Principles.
2. Strong Understanding Of C++ And Its Application In Embedded Systems.
3. Familiarity With Software Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) And Agile Methodologies.
4. Basic Understanding Of Hardware-Software Integration And Debugging Techniques.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese), Rtos Certification.
