Technical Lead - Reliability Analysis

Job Summary

As a Technical Lead specializing in Reliability Analysis, you will oversee technology management in projects, delivering expert guidance and solutions to ensure successful project execution. Your role is pivotal in fostering a culture of reliability and maintainability within the team, driving technical excellence, and aligning project objectives with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices In Reliability Analysis, Focusing On Mean Time Between Failures (Mtbf) To Enhance Product Reliability And Performance.
2. Develop And Mentor Team Members In Advanced Reliability Analysis Techniques And Tools, Aiming To Improve Technical Capabilities And Overall Productivity Across Projects.
3. Ensure Compliance With Reliability Processes In Assigned Modules, Participating Actively In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Including Evaluating Technical Alternatives And Assessing Best Packages For Reliability Allocation.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Risks Associated With Project Deliverables, Facilitating Timely Resolution Of Escalations And Promoting Proactive Risk Management Strategies.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Reliability Analysis Principles, Particularly Focusing On Mtbf.
2. Proficiency In Reliability Modeling And Analysis Tools.
3. Experience In Technical Documentation And Reporting Methodologies.
4. Familiarity With Industry Standards And Best Practices Related To Safety, Maintainability, And Reliability Allocation.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Certified Reliability Engineer (Cre) Or Reliability And Maintainability Engineering Certification.
