Job Summary

The Technical Lead for ThermoFisher Sample Manager plays a pivotal role in steering technology projects while providing essential technical guidance and solutions. This position ensures that the team adheres to best practices and coding standards, ultimately enhancing productivity and achieving project goals. The Technical Lead will also drive technical discussions, assess feasibility, and ensure compliance to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Thermofisher Sample Manager, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Mentor Team Members In The Use Of Thermofisher Sample Manager, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Optimizing Productivity In Project Delivery.
3. Ensure Process Compliance In Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Acting As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Identifying Best Package Solutions And Architectural Best Practices.

Skill Requirements

2. Solid Understanding Of Software Development Lifecycle And Project Management Principles.
3. Proficiency In Technical Documentation And Reporting.
