Job Summary

The Technical Lead for React.js Development will play a pivotal role in driving technology initiatives within projects, delivering technical guidance and innovative solutions to ensure successful project outcomes. This role involves overseeing the development team, enhancing their technical capabilities, and ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards, thereby contributing significantly to the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In React.Js Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Maintain Web Applications Using React.Js, Javascript, And Html, Ensuring Responsive And User-Friendly Interfaces While Enhancing Team Members' Skills And Productivity.
3. Lead Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant, Focusing On Feasibility Studies Including Technical Alternatives, Best Packages, Supporting Architecture Best Practices, And Assessing Technical Risks.
4. Ensure Process Compliance In Assigned Modules By Preparing And Submitting Status Reports, Identifying Potential Risks, And Facilitating The Closure Of Escalations Effectively.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient In React.Js, Javascript, And Html With Solid Understanding Of Component-Based Architecture.
2. Strong Understanding Of Coding Standards, Best Practices, And Agile Methodologies.
3. Experience In Managing Technical Discussions, Providing Solutions, And Mentoring Team Members.
4. Familiarity With Performance Optimization Techniques And Responsive Design Principles.
