Technical Lead - Windchill, PLM

Job Summary

  • Standard Change management role as per ITIL definition
  • They run the change board where ppl come to discuss on the changes, this team will have to question them on the change, make sure there is fall forward plan, fallback plan and documentation in place.
  • There will be some level of QA work involved with the number of changes.
  • They should have good verbal skills, written skills, and good understanding of change management as a process.
  • They should be able to look at problem management, if there is workload they should be able to pitch in.
  • Looking for people with some technical knowledge, this is not a non-technical role. They should have the ability to question people.
  • 60-70% alignment to JD is good enough to share for screening/discussion with WF Manager
