Tech Writer (Training)
Authoring "To-Be" Procedures: Drafts the new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that describe the end-to-end CAPA process specifically within the Veeva environment.
Job Aid Creation: Develops "Quick Reference Guides" for users who were used to SAP T-codes, helping them find equivalent actions in the Veeva Vault UI.
Simulation Drafting: Writes the scripts for training environments (Sandboxes) so users can practice migrating or creating CAPAs before the system goes live
Key Responsibilities
2. Develop And Mentor Team Members In Windchill Functionalities And Best Practices, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Productivity.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Module By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant, Assessing Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Identifying Potential Risks.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Minimize Project Exposure And Risks, Facilitating The Timely Resolution Of Any Escalations And Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives.
