Job Summary

The Technical Lead in .NET Development plays a pivotal role in managing technology projects while providing technical guidance and solutions to ensure successful outcomes. This role is critical in advocating best practices, enhancing team capabilities, and ensuring compliance with processes, thus driving productivity and quality within the development team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Technical Guidance And Solutions By Defining, Advocating, And Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In .Net Development, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs From The Team.
2. Develop And Maintain Robust Applications Using .Net Technologies, Mentoring Team Members To Enhance Their Technical Skills And Overall Productivity.
3. Ensure Process Compliance Within The Assigned Modules By Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews, Serving As A Technical Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Best Practices In Architecture.
4. Prepare And Submit Comprehensive Status Reports To Identify And Minimize Exposure And Risks In Projects, Effectively Addressing Any Escalations That Arise.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of .Net Framework And Associated Technologies.
2. Proficiency In Designing And Developing Applications Using .Net And Related Tools.
3. Solid Experience With Ci/Cd Pipelines And Automated Deployment Using Jenkins.
4. In-Depth Knowledge Of Devops Practices And Their Application In Enhancing Development Efficiency.
5. Familiarity With Embedded Device Integration And Windows Environments.

Other Requirements

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: .Net Developer.
