Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Stack Conversational AI (CCAI) Specialist to join our CX Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and optimization of sophisticated AI agents using CX Agent Studio. You won't just be building chatbots; you will be engineering high-fidelity, voice-optimized, and deeply integrated conversational experiences that bridge the gap between complex backend systems and natural human interaction

1. Agent Design & Orchestration
- AI Fundamentals: Leverage a deep understanding of Generative AI to build robust agents capable of complex reasoning.
- Instruction Engineering: Master the art of agent prompting and instructions to ensure consistent, accurate, and brand-aligned personas.
- CLI-Driven Design: Utilize the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to design, version, and deploy agents via Command Line Interface (CLI) for scalable development workflows.
2. Advanced Voice & Audio Engineering
- Native Audio Integration: Implement high-fidelity models specifically optimized for voice, ensuring low-latency and natural-sounding telephony experiences.
- Telephony Strategy: Configure and manage telephony integrations to provide seamless handoffs and crisp audio quality.
3. Performance Optimization (Quality Hill Climbing)
- Iterative Improvement: Execute "Quality Hill Climbing" methodologies, using AI-assisted optimization tools to identify edge cases and performance bottlenecks.
- Gaps & Fixes: Proactively monitor agent conversations to identify performance gaps and implement rapid, data-driven iterations.
4. Full-Stack Integration
- API & Web Hooks: Develop and maintain secure integrations between CX Agent Studio and external APIs, databases, and web platforms.
- End-to-End Implementation: Manage the full technical stack, from frontend web interfaces to backend telephony and logic layers.
