Job Summary

Seeking a skilled AI Solutions Lead to design, build, and deliver high-quality AI-enabled business solutions for the project. 

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled AI Solutions Lead to design, build, and deliver high-quality AI-enabled business solutions for the project. The ideal candidate has strong software engineering fundamentals, practical experience with AI/ML or Generative AI solution delivery, hands-on capability in application development, APIs, integrations, data processing, and automation, and a solid understanding of cloud, DevOps, testing, security, and responsible AI practices. This role requires close collaboration with business, product, and technology teams to translate requirements into reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions that support intelligent auditing, workflow automation, decision support, and operational efficiency.

Skill Requirements

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience delivering AI assistants, agents, automation workflows, or decision-support solutions
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, model evaluation, and AI guardrails
  • Experience with cloud AI services such as Azure AI/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with document processing, OCR, data extraction, semantic search, and vector databases
  • Exposure to finance, expense management, audit, compliance, or enterprise workflow domains
  • Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and production support for AI-enabled applications
