Activation ProducerJob DescriptionResponsibilities of a ProducerProducers own the activation of training cohorts.Please note that an in-house facilitation team will deliver these programs.Responsibilities include:Calendar ownershipResponsible for calendaring for all stakeholders (Attendees & Faculty)Update regional calendars including Faculty & attendees calendarsRoster creationUse automated tools to finalize rosters for each cohort, identifying participants who are relevant for the class and following up with managers where there is uncertainty of eligibilityConfirm final roster details with Faculty team and flag anything noteworthy (e.g. senior level participants)CommsManage deployment of comms to attendees & ManagersCreate & manage cohort chat groups incl. internal chat groups with the Activation & Faculty team members assigned to the cohortRespond to attendee & Manager queries (via email, ping & a ticketing system)Class resourcesCreate additional class resources including class agenda, meeting link, go/links, etcLMS ManagementCreate events in LMS to populate participants calendars & track completion levelsEnroll participants in relevant LPs/Events in LMSMark attendee completion/attendance post GSS (where applicable)Data MeasurementUpdate trix with attendee details to support data trackingFacilitationPrepare welcome deck and co-facilitate welcome sessions for attendeesLive production for virtual classesProvide production support during live sessions where relevantIn-Person ProductionAs part of their responsibilities, a Producer must be onsite in a specified Google office to provide production support for in-person modules. The responsibilities for this portion of the program include:Pre-cohort set upManage delivery of classroom materialsCoordinate & complete classroom set up, e.g. desk arrangements, room decoration, Faculty requirements, material prep, incl. workbooks on desks, swag, printing, educational props, etc.Coordinate attendee logistics including registrationCoordinate tech setup and ensure all systems are fully functional in partnership with tech support team prior to classroom kick-offLiaise with local office POCs, e.g. panelists, catering, etc.In-classroom ProductionAttendance tracking & follow up (should anyone be absent)Classroom adjustments throughout the day e.g. setting up spaces for breakout activitiesCoordinate local office POCs, e.g. panelists, catering, etc.Facilitation assistance, e.g. distribute handouts, roaming microphone to drive attendee engagement, replenishment of classroom supplies, etc.Action feedback from Faculty & attendees relating to room set up/logisticsPost-cohort ProductionClassroom c
