Job Summary

SAP Ariba Engagement Lead – Compact JD
Role Summary:
Lead end-to-end SAP Ariba engagements, driving client governance, solution delivery, and procurement transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Act as primary client SPOC for procurement and supply chain stakeholders 
Own SAP Ariba landscape across Sourcing, Buying, Contracts, SLP, SCC
Lead requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end delivery (S2P/P2P) 
Manage program delivery including SIT/UAT, go-live, and hypercare 
Drive governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment 
Oversee integration with S/4HANA/ECC and Ariba Network 
Ensure financial ownership (revenue, margin) and support RFP/solutioning
Lead and mentor functional teams and delivery resources

Skill Requirements

Strong SAP Ariba functional expertise (2+ modules) 
Deep S2P / P2P process knowledge 
Experience in large program delivery & stakeholder management 
Knowledge of ERP integration (S/4HANA/ECC, APIs, middleware) 
Strong leadership, governance, and client engagement skills
