Job Summary

An experienced SAC Manpower Planning Specialist to design, implement, and support workforce planning models using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integrated with S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in finance processes, workforce planning methodologies, and advanced SAC functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain SAC Planning Models specifically for manpower/headcount planning.
  • Design workforce budgeting, cost simulation, and forecasting solutions using SAC.
  • Integrate SAC planning models with S/4HANA Finance and HR data sources.
  • Build stories, dashboards, and visualizations supporting HR, Finance, and business leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, FP&A, and business teams to understand planning requirements.
  • Configure data actions, multi-actions, allocations, predictive forecasts, and planning logic.
  • Ensure data accuracy and alignment across planning cycles.
  • Manage security, roles, and authorizations within SAC.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual budgeting processes.

Conduct user training, documentation, and post go-live support.

Skill Requirements

  • 8 years of experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (Planning).
  • Hands-on experience with manpower/headcount planning projects.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Finance (FP&A, budgeting, cost centers, HR cost planning).
