Job Title: Techno/Functional Blue Yonder WMS Expert – L3Level:Senior ConsultantLocation:OffshoreExperience:5+ years in BY WMS implementations and migrationsRoles & Responsibilities:Lead and execute end-to-end implementation and migration of Blue Yonder WMS solutions.Conduct detailed requirement gathering sessions with business and IT stakeholders.Translate business processes into functional and technical specifications.Configure core WMS modules including Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Labor, and Yard Management.Develop and customize reports, labels, RF screens, and MOCA components.Perform system integration with ERP, TMS, and automation systems using BY Integrator.Design and execute test scenarios for SIT, UAT, and regression testing.Lead data migration activities including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.Support cutover planning, go-live execution, and hypercare stabilization.Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across offshore and onsite locations.Conduct impact analysis for change requests and enhancements.Prepare and deliver solution walkthroughs and training sessions for end users.Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and test results.Ensure adherence to project governance, compliance, and quality standards.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives.Must-Have Skills:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or Logistics5+ years in Blue Yonder WMS implementation and migrationStrong domain knowledge in WMS processesExpertise in MOCA, MTF, DDA/Pagebuilder, Reports and LabelsExperience with BY Integrator and interface developmentStrong debugging and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of SDLC and requirement analysisExcellent communication and documentation skillsGood-to-Have Skills:Experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft, TIBCOKnowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience with automation tools and RF devicesFamiliarity with global delivery models and SharePointUnderstanding of DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
