Key Responsibilities
Proven end-to-end ownership of designing, developing, deploying, and optimizing Power BI solutions, including complex dashboards, reports, and semantic models Advanced proficiency in DAX, including complex calculations, performance optimization, and calculation groups Deep expertise in semantic modeling, with ability to design and govern enterprise-grade datasets featuring well-structured relationships, hierarchies, row-level security, and reusable measure libraries Demonstrated experience in advanced dimensional data modeling and enterprise data warehouse design, with ability to architect performant semantic layers over complex source systems Advanced understanding of data visualization and dashboard UX principles, with the ability to influence standards and best practices across teams Strong expertise in SQL, with hands-on experience using SSRS, SSIS, and Azure SQL Database In-depth understanding of database management systems, OLAP architectures, and ETL processes Practical experience with Databricks, including collaboration with data engineering teams and large-scale data processing environments Familiarity with cloud-based analytics ecosystems, particularly Microsoft Azure–centric architectures Strong capability to translate complex business requirements into scalable BI solutions and act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders Proven experience conducting performance testing, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimization strategies across both reports and underlying data models Abili
