Job Summary
Expertise in Oncology Engineer & semantic modeling
- Degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Cheminformatics, Data Science; or relevant skills and experience.
- Professional experience in ontology engineering, semantic data modeling, knowledge representation, knowledge graphs, or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of semantic web standards from the World Wide Web Consortium, including RDFS, OWL, SPARQL, and SHACL.
- Experience translating domain requirements into conceptual, semantic, or information models.
- Strong understanding of metadata, controlled vocabularies, identifiers, and semantic interoperability.
- Experience working across multiple data sources and collaborating with technical and domain stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
