Job Summary

Experienced JD Edwards (JDE) WorldSoft Consultant with 6+ years of expertise in Sales & Distribution, possessing strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Proficient in system configuration of key modules including Sales Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Inventory Management, and Procurement. Skilled in analyzing client workflows, identifying process gaps, and recommending best-practice solutions to improve business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Hands-on experience in developing test scenarios, preparing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Strong capability in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with business users to design reports and attach them to menus.Good technical knowledge of WorldSoft tools such as World Writer (WW), Menu Creation, UDC setup, and Fast Path navigation. Experienced in handling database queries on AS400, including data changes (add/update/delete records). Also possesses working knowledge of EDI processes, including inbound sales orders and outbound Advance Shipping Notices (ASN) as part of order and dispatch processing.
