Job Summary
Expertise in AWS, Databricks, Redshift - Data Modeler
· Proven experience in data modeling, preferably within pharmaceutical, biotech, or scientific research environments
· Strong understanding of entity-relationship modeling, conceptual/logical/physical data models, and data governance principles
· Experience working with complex scientific data and familiarity with R&D data domains (desirable)
· Proficiency in data modeling and database analysis tools
· Expertise in AWS, Databricks, Redshift, or related technology stacks (desirable)
· Good communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
· Good analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify data quality issues
· Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and work in multiple priorities

Key Responsibilities
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
