Technical Lead

Job Summary

  • Above 4+ years of direct experience in development, support and operations of EDI integration solutions
  • Proficiency of designing type tree, create complex map, creating control files
  • Expertise in developing process flows, configure trading parter in TPM.
  • Good experience of working with ITX Launchpad and message trackers
  • Proficiency in migrating EDI components, connectivity setup, map for EDI migration requirement
  • Proven experience in EDI migration to execute functions of EDI migration.
  • Proven experience in Partner Onboarding, Map enhancement and Integration testing with Trading Partner
  • Proficiency in EDI transactions set (X12, EDIFACT) and ERP (SAP-IDOC) format.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and implementation for EDI integrations.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for EDI processes, configurations, and mappings.

Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI workflow

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements

  • Participate in engagements to define and deliver EDI integration solutions
  • Participate in medium to large size projects which may require new or enhanced IT applications or integrations.
  • Prefer knowledge and experience in EDI platform Migration
  • Effectively participate in an integration team of diverse individuals who are geographically dispersed through all project lifecycles.
  • Work with architects/leads to gauge business requirements, translate them into EDI solutions with optimal user experience.
  • Perform connectivity setup and timely resolution of ongoing issues.

Proactively report any blockers/risks to manager that could impede project timelines
