2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
Skill Requirements
A Nintex Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level process automation solutions using the Nintex platform. This role combines technical expertise, team leadership, and stakeholder management to deliver scalable and efficient automation solutions.

✅ Technical Leadership
- Lead the design and architecture of Nintex Workflow, Forms, and Automation Cloud solutions
- Define best practices, standards, and governance for Nintex implementation
- Review and approve workflows, forms, and integrations developed by the team
✅ Solution Design & Development
- Design complex workflows involving:
- Multi-level approvals
- Conditional logic
- System integrations
- Oversee development using:
- Nintex Workflow (O365 / On-Prem)
- Nintex Forms
- Nintex DocGen
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and performance-optimized

- Design integrations with systems like:
- SharePoint Online / On-Prem
- Microsoft Teams
- Dynamics 365
- External APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Ensure seamless data flow across systems
✅ Governance & Compliance
- Define workflow governance policies
- Ensure compliance with security and data standards
- Maintain documentation for all solutions

💻 Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Nintex Workflow (Office 365 / On-Prem)
- Nintex Forms
- Nintex Automation Cloud (preferred)
- Deep knowledge of SharePoint architecture
- Experience with:
- REST APIs, web services
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS (for advanced form customization)
- Understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns
