Job Summary
To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion in SAP Customer Vendor Integration ( CVI )
Key Responsibilities
Data Synchronization: Manage the synchronization cockpit and data synchronization processes to ensure seamless transitions between BP, Customer, and Vendor records in both directions.
Configuration: Map and configure Business Partner Groupings with Customer/Vendor Account Groups, as well as harmonize field settings and number ranges.
Data Cleansing & Analysis: Identify, analyze, and resolve master data inconsistencies, missing fields, or duplicate records before and during migration runs.
Post-Migration Support: Monitor post-processing of synchronization errors and validate that all related objects—such as contact persons and addresses—are accurately moved.
Testing: Perform end-to-end unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) in sandbox and quality (QAS) systems to ensure zero data loss
Skill Requirements
Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP Master Data Synchronization (MDS) and CVI configuration.Module Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP MM (Materials Management) master data structures.S/4HANA Understanding: Hands-on experience with the SAP S/4HANA simplification list and Business Partner data model.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to utilize data profiling or cleansing tools (e.g., SAP Information Steward) to ensure data quality.Typical Requirements BreakdownEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
.Experience: Typically 5-9 years of SAP implementation experience, specifically handling data migration or master data management (MDM).Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate or Professional (preferred for S/4HANA).
