Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion.

Experience
Minimum 8–12 years of total IT experience
Strong experience in enterprise integration development
Proven experience working with Azure cloud technologies

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support Azure‑based integration solutions across multiple enterprise systems.
Build and manage integrations using Azure Integration Services and iPaaS capabilities.
Develop and maintain API integrations, message‑based integrations, and event‑driven solutions.
Work closely with architects, product owners, and downstream teams to understand integration requirements and business flows.
Ensure integrations meet non‑functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, and resiliency.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support release activities.
Adhere to coding standards, DevOps practices, and enterprise governance guidelines.

Skill Requirements

Mandatory Skills
Azure Integration Services, including:
Azure Logic Apps
Azure API Management (APIM)
Azure Service Bus / Event Grid
Experience with iPaaS / IPAAS platforms and integration patterns.
Strong understanding of Azure PaaS services.
API development and integration using REST / SOAP.
Hands‑on experience with: C# & Python
Experience working with proxies / gateway patterns in integration architectures.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (Azure DevOps preferred).

Other Requirements

Good‑to‑Have Skills
Exposure to Generative AI / Agentic AI implementations, especially within integration or automation use cases.
Knowledge of security patterns, authentication mechanisms, and token‑based integrations.
Experience working in large‑scale, multi‑system enterprise environments.

Agile Ways of Working
Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
Active participation in Agile ceremonies and collaborative delivery models.
Agile mindset with focus on incremental delivery, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to take ownership and work independently on complex integration initiatives.
Mentoring or technical guidance experience is an advantage.
