Job Summary

Senior Salesforce Developer – Data Migration

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer specializing in data migration, data quality analysis, and remediation. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality, clean, and consistent data within Salesforce during migration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce data migration activities from legacy systems
  • Perform data profiling, data quality analysis, and gap identification
  • Design and implement data cleansing and enrichment strategies
  • Develop migration scripts using tools like Data Loader, ETL tools, or Apex
  • Identify and fix data issues directly within Salesforce (duplicates, inconsistencies, missing relationships)
  • Build automation for data validation and quality monitoring
  • Collaborate with business teams to define data standards and governance policies
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance during migration

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong experience with:
    • Data migration tools (Data Loader, Informatica, Talend, MuleSoft, etc.)
    • Salesforce data model and data architecture
    • SOQL/SOSL and bulk data processing
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • Data quality analysis and remediation
    • Deduplication strategies and tools
  • Strong knowledge of data governance and validation frameworks
  • Experience handling large-scale data migrations
  • Should have prior experience working on Salesforce data migration projects, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) activities

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Data Architect or Platform Developer II certification
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale data migration programs
  • Familiarity with data quality tools and frameworks
