Job Summary

Support for the OSI PI applications for the US customer

16*5 support of P3/P4 incidents

24*7 support for P1/P2 incidents

Provide the incident / enhancement / SC Task updates to the customer and account team

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for system maintenance and application development for OSIsoft products applicable for refining and other aspects of Refineries

Skill Requirements

Should have 6-10 years of experience of working on OSI PI applications.

The following OSIsoft products need to be supported:

  1. OSIsoft PI
  2. OSIsoft PI – G&P
  3. OSIsoft PI – Marine
  4. OSIsoft PI – Pipeline
  5. OSIsoft PI - Terminals

Other Requirements

  • Good to have - Experience in Refining/Midstream operations
  • Team player and Good time-management skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
