Job Summary

We are looking for people who are responsible for supporting and optimizing Epic Hospital Billing (HB) and Claims workflows to ensure accurate, compliant claim submissions and efficient revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Epic HB & Claims modules.
  • Troubleshoot claim edits, rejections, and billing issues.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Billing, and IT teams to streamline workflows.
  • Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support upgrades.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements.

Skill Requirements

Epic PB and PB Claims certification (mandatory).
3+ years of experience in Epic claims/billing support.
Knowledge of claim formats (UB-04, CMS-1500), payer edits, and clearinghouse workflows.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Maximum Salary (US):  155000
Minimum Salary (US):  61000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
