This is a hands on, fast paced, execution focused role where quality, speed, and system thinking all matter. In this role, you’ll work closely with Art Directors, writers, and project managers, and FTE Creative Lead. You’ll be responsible for delivering high quality, scalable PDP visuals and set production team for success—often under tight timelines and with evolving inputs—while maintaining a consistently high visual bar set by FTE Creative Lead. This role requires comfort working on confidential launches, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to move quickly without sacrificing craft. ________________________________________ What you’ll do •    Execute high quality visual design for Digital Direct PDPs, including product imagery, layouts, and supporting visuals •    Apply and extend visual systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand alignment across PDPs •    Translate creative direction from Art Directors and the Creative Lead into polished, execution ready designs •    Collaborate closely with writers and project managers to meet launch timelines and deliverables •    Work efficiently within established design systems and component frameworks •    Handle confidential and pre launch work with discretion and professionalism •    Adapt quickly to shifting priorities while maintaining a high quality bar •    Optimize designs for different viewports and PDP contexts (desktop, mobile, responsive layouts) •    Deliver clean, well organized design files that support smooth handoff and downstream execution ________________________________________ What we’re looking for •    Strong visual design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy, composition) (non-negotiable) •    Proven experience working with visual systems or design systems •    Mastery of Figma (non-negotiable) •    Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop (non-negotiable) •    Ability to move quickly and confidently while maintaining visual quality •    Comfortable working in fast moving, highly collaborative team environments •    Trusted partner who can work on confidential work and s

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
