Job Summary

Job Description: AI Engineer
Experience with AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and Modern AI Frameworks
 
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing AI-powered systems, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and intelligent agents. Familiarity with widely used AI development tools and libraries is expected.
 
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement AI solutions and agents for a variety of business and technology applications.
• Develop and optimize information retrieval and generation systems using modern AI techniques.
• Utilize frameworks and libraries to build scalable and eJicient AI workflows.
• Integrate and refine machine learning models using popular toolkits.
• Work collaboratively across teams to deliver comprehensive AI solutions.
• Keep up to date with advancements in artificial intelligence and related fields.

Skill Requirements

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 1 to 2 years of practical experience in building AI agents and solutions.
• Exposure to frameworks and libraries commonly used in AI development.
• Proficiency in Python and knowledge of best practices for AI and machine learning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work both independently and in teams.
• Clear communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Other Requirements

Preferred Skills
• Experience working with cloud platforms for AI deployment.
• Understanding of MLOps and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge in data engineering and pipeline development.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LangFuse, and Google ADK.
