Overview of the Role

As a TIBCO & RShiny Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced analytics and data visualization solutions tailored for the pharmaceutical industry. Your expertise will enable our clients to harness actionable insights from their data, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving operational efficiency, and driving innovation across the drug development lifecycle.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration workflows using TIBCO technologies to support pharmaceutical business processes.
• Create interactive and dynamic dashboards and analytical applications using RShiny to visualize complex datasets for key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, business analysts, and pharma domain experts to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Ensure all solutions adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements, particularly those relevant to life sciences and healthcare.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure high-quality output.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, visualization, and performance.
• Provide technical documentation and user support for delivered applications.
• Continuously research and implement new features and improvements to enhance solution effectiveness and user experience.

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Proven experience in TIBCO suite (TIBCO Spotfire, TIBCO Data Virtualization, or related tools) in a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in developing applications using RShiny, including UI/UX design and server-side logic.
• Strong understanding of data models, ETL processes, and data visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, or similar standards in the pharma sector.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
