Job Summary

Proven expertise in Golang with deep understanding of templating, frameworks, and tools.Strong experience in cloud-native architectures, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.Knowledge of React, REST APIs, and modern front-end integration.Familiarity with Java or Python for cross-technology solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical, time management, and organizational abilities.Experience in leading technical teams and managing multiple projects.Portfolio showcasing architectural designs and successful implementations.Lead modernization of legacy systems using Java and Python, integrating GenAI capabilities.· Implement LLM-powered solutions using tools like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face, and OpenAI API.· Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise-grade retrieval and generation workflows.· Apply prompt engineering techniques to enhance model performance and reliability.· Develop/enhance Agentic systems using frameworks such as AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom agents.· Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.· Deploy scalable, secure solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.· Utilize productivity tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini to accelerate development.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align GenAI strategy with business goals.· Work with developers and other engineering teams on coding and testing best practices, and architectural standards.Skills: Microservices, REST, Java SpringBoot, Golang, Cloud Architecture

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
