Job Description (JD) – FHIR/CDex Integration Specialist
Role Title: FHIR/CDex Integration Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement FHIR-based healthcare interoperability solutions.
- Lead CDex (Clinical Data Exchange) implementation and integration across payer, provider, and healthcare platforms.
- Create, maintain, and govern FHIR Profiles, Extensions, Value Sets, and Implementation Guides.
- Define and validate FHIR resources, profiles, and API contracts to ensure compliance with interoperability standards.
- Perform FHIR conformance testing, resource validation, and interoperability assessments.
- Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and development teams to deliver scalable healthcare data exchange solutions.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare standards including FHIR, HL7, US Core, Da Vinci Implementation Guides, and CDex.
- Support API design, documentation, versioning, and governance activities.
- Troubleshoot interoperability issues and drive resolution through standards-based approaches.

Key Responsibilities
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
